Rural Educational and Agricultural Labour Society (REALS) is a non-governmental, non-profitable, apolitical, secular rural developmental Civil Service Society, working in Chittoor district of Rayalaseema region in Andhra Pradesh. It is founded in 1996 by committed, dedicated and likeminded Social Workers. The REALS is registered under Indian Societies Registration Act XXI of 1860, it is now working in more than 75 villages in Chittoor district of Andhra Pradesh.
